Advertising Rules & Form, Please Read Before Posting!

Welcome to Souls of the Past, Hogwarts RPG of the past.

Here are few important information and rules for you to go through before posting.

Note: Any sites that do not comply with the rules below, will have their advert removed.

We only accept affiliates and advertisements from:
- Administrators of the board advertising/affiliating
- Global moderators or other such with permission to advertise the boards.

Your Forum:
- must follow the Forumer Terms of Use.
- must not contain any inappropriate language or any thing with a sexual nature

To advertise on Souls of the Past, you must either:
i. Have a guest friendly forum where I can post our advert.
ii. Have a non-guest friendly forum, where YOU have posted / will post OUR advert.
iii. Place our button alongside your affiliates/links in a logical and prominent place for the duration of the time your advert is on our forums.

Fill in the advertising form, which is below. Fill it in completely, including any and all information you feel is needed.

You may have one image and one button per advert - no more.

FIRST SOLUTION

The best solution for you, would be to register as user on this board and send a PM to one of the admins:

with note that you are an add-submitter only

so we can put you into a proper member group. This option will also leave you a posibility to advertise on our site but also to edit your post when needed and stay in contact with us. As well we will stay in contact with you if needed.

SECOND SOLUTION

Would be to contact us via e-mail.

Just fill out the information needed (find the form at the bottom of this post). State which of the information are private i.e. for our personal use only. And send all this info to our e-mail address:

Make sure to save the e-mail for future - in case of updates needed to be done at your advertisement ; also a contact on us.

Steps that will follow after we recieve your request:

1. We will go to your forum to check out if your forum meets the following criteria :
Your Forum:
- must follow the Forumer Terms of Use.
- must not contain any inappropriate language or any thing with a sexual nature

2. We will check out if either :
i. you or who is in charge have put up our advertisement / button to related forum
ii. or if we are able to put up our advertisement / button in your guest-friendly forum
iii. or if our button is placed alongside your affiliates/links in a logical and prominent place

3. After any of the mentioned conditions had been met, we will post up information you've send us into a new post in this forum (Advertise and Affiliate)
3.1. The information to be posted will be :

Forum button with Link
Forum Category
Plot / Description
More info (if any)
3.2. We will not post any contact e-mail you will provide us or any other information you will state as private. We will keep it stored if needed in the future just for our personal use only.

4. After all this is done, we will reply to your e-mail stating that it was done, so you can come and check out.

Further e-mail comunnication can be done if needed for both sides.
